With COVID-19 worldwide travel restrictions, Seven Tides’ hotels in Dubai, are focusing on their local communities, by offering a range of Staycation packages, to suit most budgets.
“Due to the unprecedented viral outbreak, Eid getaways and leisure breaks to regional and international destinations, are simply not an option, which is not only frustrating travellers, but also impacting local hotels.
“Therefore, at a time of celebration, it is appropriate that our hotels reach out and give back to the local communities, that support them all year round. So, we are offering value-led Staycations, not only to generate revenue, but to offer five-star relaxation in a luxurious setting and some respite, especially for parents, after months of isolation and social restrictions,” said Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO Seven Tides.
“Naturally, certain restrictions are still in place and all of our hotels are following the regulations and guidelines put in place by the UAE authorities, to ensure health and safety is not compromised. But it is at least a chance for many, to enjoy five-star service, luxury accommodation, and private beaches, to entertain the whole family,” he added.
Seven Tides’ flagship hotel, the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, a renowned five-star luxury beach resort, with 400 metres of private shoreline, Asian-inspired accommodation, and world-class service, which, as the name suggests, is located on the Palm Jumeirah.
Restaurants such as Mekong, The Lotus Lounge, Revo Café and Crescendo are all open and children’s menus are available for family groups. There is also the option of an in-room dining menu, for guests wanting privacy or for the more adventurous, the hotel is offering a Dining by Design option, taking guests on a customised culinary journey.
This Eid, Anantara has created some tailor-made packages specially designed for guest staying in their exclusive villas. For beach access, guests can choose one of its expansive one- and two-Bedroom Beach Pool Villas or for the ultimate island living, the Over Water Villas which afford open views of the Gulf as well as unique views through the villa’s glass floor panels.
The hotel is offering a 30% discount, as well as complimentary daily breakfast. Rates start from: AED 1,995 per room, per night, exclusive of taxes and fees, for double or single occupancy. The offer is valid until 20th December 2020. Terms and conditions apply.
Another of Seven Tides’ five-star properties on Palm Jumeirah, is DUKES The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, which is located on the trunk of the Palm, with spectacular views of the Dubai skyline. DUKES is offering an enticing Staycation rate of AED 450 per room, per night, excluding taxes and fees, valid until the 30th of June.
The offer includes access to DUKES’ private luxury beach, which is open for in-house guests daily from 7am to 7pm. The offer also includes AED 250 credit per room, per night, towards any food and beverage purchase. So that guests can take full advantage of a day on the beach, DUKES’ West 14th Steakhouse, is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Meanwhile, if your idea of relaxation is a touch more urban, the five-star Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, has an offer starting from just AED 350 (excluding tax and fees), per room, per night inclusive of breakfast, for guests looking for a welcome change of scenery.
Themed on the 14th century travels of the Arab explorer Ibn Battuta, the hotel features themed Ibn Battuta Suites for a special experience. The Revo Café is open where guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, light pastry and delicious healthy meals in a casual atmosphere.
