• Any product is missing the serial number or (UPC) Universal Product Code, "a 12 digit Bar code used for retail packaging."

• Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorised dealer or the carrier directly)
• Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
• Mattresses fulfilled by Dubai Route (for orders fulfilled by marketplace sellers, you may contact the Seller directly)
• Some jewellery orders
• Some health and personal care items
• Grocery products
• Open software
• Used goods of all kinds
• Unsealed digital products

Shipping usually takes up to 30 days depending on your location, all orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your order in realtime.
